One emotional vote from you could save a family.”
If the Vote Network is implemented according to the peace model for Ukraine as described (with the options: neutral Ukraine, migration to Europe, migration to Russia, or establishing a special economic zone in a supporting country), then according to the analysis in the document, the likelihood of ending the war will be very high — estimated at over 80–90%.
Reasons:
Reducing military pressure: The right of choice is given directly to the people, bypassing governments and armed forces, which significantly lowers tensions.
Increasing international transparency: The entire voting process and results are stored on the Vote Network’s blockchain, eliminating suspicions of fraud.
Creating global public opinion pressure: Once results are public, the international community and organizations such as the UN and NGOs will find it hard to ignore the people’s will.
Activating “data-driven negotiations”: The parties will have to negotiate based on concrete figures rather than speculation about public opinion.
The level of success will also depend on:
Participation rate of the Ukrainian population (if it reaches over 70% of the population, the social impact will be extremely strong).
International recognition (EU, Russia, USA, UN…).
Security and anti-manipulation systems of the Vote Network.
If all three factors are met, the war could end within 6–12 months after deployment.
